We ship via FedEx and UPS only. We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a physical address for the shipping address on your order.
Free shipping offers are only applicable to the Contiguous 48 U.S. States, when the actual item says "FREE SHIPPING" on the item page! If your order is being shipped outside the continental US, (PR, HI and AK), you MUST choose the next shipping option which is FedEx Home Delivery.
FedEx SmartPost (2-8 Day Transit Time) – These orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped is Day 0. FedEx will deliver the order to the nearest post office then the post office will make the delivery. You MUST have a mailbox to select this service. This service adds an additional 1-3 business days to the transit time.
Example: An order is placed on Monday shipping to Tennessee which is a 2 day transit time. The order would ship out Tuesday (Day 0) and would have an estimated delivery of Friday (Day 3).
FedEx Home Delivery (1-7 Day Transit Time) – These orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped is Day 0.
Example: An order is placed on Monday shipping to Tennessee which is a 2 day transit time. The order would ship out Tuesday (Day 0) and be delivered on Thursday (Day 2).
FedEx Express Saver (3 Day Transit Time) – These orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped is Day 0.
Example: An order is placed on Monday shipping to California (normally a 4-5 day transit). The order would ship out Tuesday (Day 0) and be delivered Friday (Day 3)
FedEx 2Day (2 Day Transit Time) – These orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped is Day 0.

FedEx Standard Overnight (1 Day Transit Time) – These orders will ship out the following business day after the order is placed. The day the order is shipped is Day 0.

Signature Required - If you require a signature upon delivery you must select the option during checkout. By choosing NOT to add a Signature to your order you understand that we are NOT responsible for any loss to the package or its contents incurred during shipping.
NOTE: If you choose Signature required, someone MUST be present to sign for the package or when FedEx leaves a notice, it is up the customer to make arrangements to receive the package by contacting FedEx.
